Eric started this company from the musician's side of the stage: a network of working players who were tired of marketplaces that sell the same lead to ten bands and agencies that pay net thirty. He runs the roster personally, calls every founding act himself, and walks every venue relationship in person.
From receptions to theaters.
Private events are the foundation. The ladder above them is real: showcases, residencies and ticketed shows for the acts that earn them. No agency in Southern California offers its roster that path. We are building it on purpose.
The California talent agency licence application is in progress with the Labor Commissioner. Until it is granted, we send curated options and our booking terms, and the founder handles each booking personally under a written agreement. Our roster is published act by act as agreements are signed and footage is on file. We would rather show you what exists than claim what does not.
