Our standard rider and our planning timeline are public. Planners forward this page to venues. Venues forward it to their ops teams. Each act's exact plot rides with your proposal.
Two or three options with live video and all-in pricing, inside the hour, during business hours.
- Power
- Three dedicated 20-amp circuits within 50 feet of the stage for a reception band; one or two for ceremony and cocktail sets. We bring the distro.
- Stage or floor space
- Duo or trio 8×8 ft · four to six-piece 16×12 ft · seven to nine-piece 20×16 ft · ten-plus 24×20 ft, level and dry. A riser is welcome, not required.
- Load-in
- Ninety minutes before guests for bands, sixty for DJs and small ensembles. Early load-in beyond three hours is quoted in advance.
- Sound limits
- We confirm the venue's decibel limit and curfew on the advance call and mix to it. Silent-disco and low-volume formats available where needed.
- Hospitality
- Hot meals and water for the band plus crew, a thirty-minute break for dinner, and a room or corner to change in. We ask; we do not assume.
- Parking
- Reserved load-in access and parking for the act's vehicles. Valet or paid lots are arranged and quoted in advance, never on the night.
- Weather
- Outdoor performances need cover for players and gear, and a rain plan agreed on the advance call. Gear does not perform in rain or direct sun above 95°F.
- Set structure
- Standard four-hour reception: three forty-five-minute sets and a sixty-minute closer with fifteen-minute breaks, reshaped to your timeline (a twenty-minute set straight after the grand entrance is common).

- On signing
A named contact, the countersigned agreement, and the escrow receipt. The date is held.
- Eight weeks out
Your planning portal opens: timeline builder, ten must-plays and ten don't-plays, special dances, MC notes, and a Spotify playlist for the breaks.
- Four weeks out
A call with the bandleader or DJ to walk the timeline, confirm learned songs, and settle the order of the night.
- Two weeks out
The advance: load-in, power, parking, sound limits, timeline and weather plan confirmed with the venue and the act. You get the sheet.
- The week of
Final timeline locked. Sub bench on standby. Backup gear packed.
- After
A same-week note with the footage we shot, a short review link if you are willing, and the artist paid within two business days.
Why ten must-plays and ten don't-plays rather than the whole set? Dance floors go flat when every song is chosen months in advance. You set the guardrails and the special moments; the bandleader reads the room for the rest, and it is written into the agreement that they will.
